"I've only written four songs in my whole life, but I've written those four songs a million times."

"All I can do is be me, whoever that is."

  1. "I've only written four songs in my whole life, but I've written those four songs a million times." I listen to a lot of Dylan since the early 60's and now often realise he is reusing words and phrases like 'rooster crowing at the break of day' or the song structure which is great as he as such a big pool of resources to call on. Love it all.
